    I am really interested in your protein free system for analogue cheese. Do you provide training for new users?
    We are trying to make cream cheese analogue and also the spreadable type. Do you have texturizers or stabilizers for the products mentioned.

    I’m very interested in your protien free cheese as my daughter has a special condition called phenylketonuria also known as PKU. She can only have 4g of protien a day due to her strict diet.
