protein-free system for analogue cheese

January 23rd, 2011 | Posted by jwlbrace in dairy | daymer products

Designed to offer similar appearance, melt and grate characteristics to mozzarella cheese, Daymer’s new range of protein free analogue cheese systems can be customised to suit specific plant conditions and your desired melting and stretching attributes.

We can also offer a reduced fat version, again removing cost and complexity from lower fat cheese analogue products.

A dairy-free version is also available for those seeking vegan and lactose intolerance label claims.

I am really interested in your protein free system for analogue cheese. Do you provide training for new users?
We are trying to make cream cheese analogue and also the spreadable type. Do you have texturizers or stabilizers for the products mentioned.

    Thank you.

    Dear James.

I’m very interested in your protien free cheese as my daughter has a special condition called phenylketonuria also known as PKU. She can only have 4g of protien a day due to her strict diet. Is your cheese suitable? Hope to hear from you soon as we can start making special pizzas for her. Thank you
